This year at the Cannes Festival of Creativity; an international main stage for the world’s most talented ad men and women, a Future Lions competition category awarded teams of students who brilliantly found a way to “connect an audience of (their) choosing to a product or service from a global brand in a way that wasn’t possible three years ago” as was indicated by their initial brief.
The results were nothing short of genius, with the winning nominations urging Uber to train its drivers in first-aid, and a laptop that’s completely self-powered. The entries may have just been video concepts, but the strategies can give all of us plenty of confidence in the leadership of these future influencers.
