This is some cool stuff people. The Innovation Grand Prix winner at this year’s Cannes Lions, and for good reason too: what3words is a unique campaign to replace our current local addressing methods with a globally recognized system. The startup has classified every 3 metre by 3 metre square on Earth, all 57 trillion of them, with a unique combination of 3 words. They claim the new system will help aid in humanitarian delivery methods, and help travellers navigate abroad, among offering many other benefits.
